We index your listing — resort name, location, price, bedrooms, week, ownership type, exchange network. This data becomes searchable by any AI agent worldwide.

2. AI Agents Find You

When a buyer's AI searches for timeshares matching your property, your listing appears in the results. The AI provides the buyer with your price, resort details, and relevant market context.

3. Inquiries Come Through Bridge Pages

Interested buyers (or their AI agents) create a Bridge Page — a personalized URL that connects the buyer to your property. You receive structured inquiries with the buyer's preferences already captured. No spam, no cold calls.

4. Close the Deal — 2% Success Fee
